A: "It doesn't matter."
Q: Do you play any other sports?
A: "Not now. I used to play basketball and I was also a swimmer."
Q: What do you do in your spare time?
A: "I like to go to the beach a lot. I live right across from the beach. Anything outdoors."
Q: Who is your coach?
A: "(former USTA coach) Katie Schlukebir."
Q: Do you work with her at a club or privately?
A: "I just travel with her. I have a coach at home. I work with Syd Ball at the Costa Mesa Tennis Center."
Q: At what age did you start playing tennis?
A: "At about five."
Q: When did you decide that was the sport you wanted to do?
A: "At about 11 or 12. I picked tennis as my No. 1 sport."
