TALKING WITH... GAIL BRODSKY
December, 2005 continued

Q: What has been your best win?
A: "I think Team Tennis last year. That was definitely exciting."

Q: What tournament did you have the most fun at?
A: "In the Czech Republic at the World Team Competition this summer."

Q: Is there a tournament you haven't been to yet that you're looking forward to?
A: "French Open."

Q: Is that your goal for 2006?
A: "Hopefully I will get enough points to get into the French."

Q: Does anyone else in your family play tennis?
A: "No. My dad coaches me, but he's not a player."

Q: Do you have any siblings?
A: "No, just me."

Q: At what age did you start playing tennis?
A: "When I was six, almost seven years old."

Q: And when was your first tournament?
A: "I think at seven."

Q: Are you thinking about turning pro?
A: "I am considering it, but there's always the possibility of going to college so I don't want to jeopardize that. I'll keep playing women's tournaments awhile longer before I start accepting money and if I see that I'm winning them or getting to the finals maybe I'll turn pro."
